(More customer reviews)I use this product daily on my face. I used to get a lot of pimples (menopausal). My herbalist told me to mix the yarrow tincture with witch hazel. I use one of those small spray bottles that you can take on a plane, and apply with a cotton ball. Put about 3 or 4 full eye droppers in the bottle and then fill it the rest of the way with the witch hazel. The yarrow is a natural anti-bacterial herb, and it used to treat wounds (so why not pimples). All I know is, I don't have any pimples any more. Nature's Answer Yarrow Flowers, 2-Ounce
