(More customer reviews)My wife struggles with iron deficiency, but also has issues tolerating full dose iron. She was prescribed to take slow release iron tablets and has had much success with them. After buying several refills of the brand name, I found these and we haven't gone back since.
There is no difference that we can perceive, and she has had no issue tolerating these.
Unless you just "like" paying more, I see no reason not to go with this alternative.
