(More customer reviews)Many of us already are benefiting from Sam-E, but maybe you haven't read all the fine print on the ingredients list. I was fooled by brands called, for example, "Nature Made" only to discover later that they include all kinds of toxic crap in their Sam-E; including TALC! I am not a chemist, but this manufacturer does not list any toxins (that I recognize) in its ingredients and it works just the same in terms of boosting my energy and mood level.
