A licensed naturopathic doctor I know (doctorate in supplements) recommended this supplement to me over calcium citrate which she stated is "ground up rocks" to the digestive system. She explained that the human digestive system is meant to digest plants, not ground up rocks. So, I take Innate Bone Response and greatly reduced my intake of calcium citrate to help me get cured of osteoperosis. I am getting positive gradual results. May take me 3-5 years but it's great to know it's much much more natural for my digestive system.
