(More customer reviews)For those of you that like sea salt, a supplement like this is a nice take.
It isn't a huge amount (like for those who are either very lacking or under
doctors orders), but it's more than enough for those that are maintaining.
I take this along side a normal multi-vitamin, so I know my iodine levels
are well within range of normal. I chose this for it's natural source.
For the price, it's certainly a good deal and I never hesitate to re-order
when my bottle gets low!
It's no radiation blocker, but now that all the kelp is covered in radiation
too, I'm not sure anything on this world is anymore...
