(More customer reviews)If you're looking into BCAA supplementation then you most likely already know the benefits. I started taking these on week 4/8 of my workout plan (currently on Wk7) and the most obvious effect is my recovery time. I'm not sore for as long as I was before supplementing these BCAAs. The 4:1:1 ratio is interesting to say the least, I'm not too sure if it's THAT much better than the usual 2:1:1 ratio but I do feel more confident taking them. My diet and training are great at the moment so I'm gaining weight consistently and I feel that the BCAA supplementation really helps with recovery and maintaining mass. On leg days I have 3 servings (3rd one before bed)instead of 2 because I try to hit legs hard twice a week. I'm still pretty sore in the morning but at least I'm not crippled haha.
