Their brown glass bottles protect the capsules inside, and this particular product does just as it's supposed to. I take it to curb carb cravings (and it works perfectly for me). I take one in the morning with my breakfast...and I have nearly no cravings for sugar all day long. I know I'm not alone, because this is a relatively common usage for Chromium Picolinate. The 500mcg is awesome, too!
