(More customer reviews)I copied this explanation from the manufacturer's website, organicindiausa dot com: Our previous Turmeric Formula, containing 108 capsules, listed two capsules as the serving size. This was changed to one capsule on our new Turmeric formula: 108 ct. Turmeric (old product), per CAPSULE 350 mg Organic Turmeric rhizome 100 mg Turmeric extract 50 mg Organic Ginger rhizome 90 ct. Turmeric (current product) per CAPSULE 370 mg Organic Turmeric rhizome 80 mg Turmeric extract 50 mg Organic Ginger rhizome We made only a slight change to the proportions in the new formula, which actually results in more turmeric derived from the rhizome rather than extract. We did not raise our prices on Turmeric in five years previous to this August, despite rises in our costs. As part of our Vision and Mission, we allow our farmers to set their own market prices for the products they harvest. This allows them to earn a living wage and to continue using organic, biodynamic agricultural methods. As a company we are trying to move towards financial sustainability. We are not yet profitable, and to be honest we could not afford to continue to sell our products at the previous retail prices. We hope this helps to clarify some of the confusion.
