So 3 a day of these softgels meet good standards for heart health. I also like that they have included organic Rosemary, organic oregano and organic sunflower oil. These oils are fab for the system and for your thyroid health. They go down easily and there is no aftertaste. I also love that Amazon.com has included this product in the *Subscribe and Save* program which reduces the price and sends it to you for free. Well done,
