(More customer reviews)I was doing good on the Mygrafew, and even remembered to take it daily to help prevent my Migraines, but then I found out that if you are on any Hormone medication, it can definetly upset your hormone balance! I think it is a great product if you have no need to worry about your hormone balance with medication that you are currently taking, but think twice and consult a doctor if you are getting Migraines and are going through menapause, or any other hormonal changes in your body because it can trigger an irregular change or cause problems. As for the adverage person, I would consider trying it, if you are bothered with Migraines often. I do beleive it helps reduce headaches or Migraines, and Im sorry I had to stop taking them because I do beleive they helped!
