(More customer reviews)I will preface this by saying I am an ICU RN for 27 yrs, so I am on my feet a lot. And I have always been avidly interested in nutrition. I've been taking Calcium of one form or another for a long , long time. It made sense to me that I may not be absorbing a necessary amount from calcium pills, and I understand taking calcium at bedtime is better for absorbtion, so I was very pleasently surprised when the VERY SAME NIGHT I started using this brand of liquid calcium (and all the other great stuff in it ) the leg discomforts went away. I called it "happy feet" . I believe its really called restless leg syndrome. i've been using 1 ounce of this stuff in water or juice every night for 18 + monthes and I am very satisfied, I hope they never go out of business ! And these particular providers have been reliable in delivering.
