(More customer reviews)I used the PhosphOmega Krill Oil, the Jarrow Formulas product for more then a year, switching from EPA and DHA softgels, and I strongly recommend it.
It is efficient, and easy to swallow without leaving a fishy aftertaste, or fishy burps.
This product has higher amounts of both EPA (180 mg), and DHA (90 mg) per serving then other Krill Oil products, and I personally am very happy with the results. Although this supplement choice is dictated by each individual's health problems and nutritional needs, I can say that my recovery after a stress induced heart attack and a TIA event 2_1/2 years ago, was possible due to the wise use of supplements, and minor life changes. Statins and blood pressure medication didn't work well for me; I switched to fish oil (EPA and DHA) three months after the hart attack, and after 1-1/2 years I switch to Krill Oil, and I am alive, working 40 hrs/week when employed, without health insurance, and without using prescription medication.
This brand Krill Oil worked well for me.
