Eyebright has long been used by Jamaicans for the eyes. Follow the instructions oon the bottle carefully. Eyebright is very powerful. It cleans and strengthens the veins of the eyes.It can be used as a tea but I suggest taking it in capsule form. It has some side effects like all medications and supplements do.
