It helps my skin, nails and even reverses a little of my "graying" hair for some reason, I assume it is one or more of the amino acids that effect the graying hair. I was not interested in losing weight but it did have the added benefit of toning those few extra pounds that make a difference. I highly recommend Amino Sculpt for women who want better skin and more toned body mass.
