When it was recommended I was having trouble sleeping, experiencing small anxiety attacks, starting to grow single hairs on my face, and feeling very irritable, sometimes even depressed. I started taking this and after about a week noticed a dramatic improvement, which continued to get better until I completely evened out again.
I forgot to purchase it during a very busy time in our lives and because it was so busy, one day led into the next and by the time I ordered it again it had been almost 6 weeks. My symptoms all started returning and I was feeling lousy again. When I realized that it might be due to my lack of Estrobalance, I placed the order right away and found a bottle at the local drug store so I wouldn't have to wait for my Amazon order to arrive. After about a week I started to notice that I was feeling better again. I continued to improve again until I got back to normal. I will never let my supply run out again. This stuff makes my hormone up and downs stable, without the high and low spikes I have experienced over the years. I wish someone had recommended it to me sooner! I NEVER write reviews, but I felt it important to pass this on to others who might be feeling like their hormones, or even lack of, have taken over.......
