I needed a change and I researched around a bit, when I hit upon this product. I was a bit skeptical initially.
But the first sip just bleeeewww me away !! Amazing taste ! Just Wow !!
Take it from a taste-picky person like me! Proto-Whey packs in plenty of new technology as well.. These are peptides and not isolates, hence are a bit more expensive and absorb completely !
Cafe Mocha , Double Chocolate are my faves.
My go-to shake :
EAS Carb-control Vanilla shake ( or Fatfree Milk )
3/4 cup nuked instant plain oatmeal.
1/2 banana / 1/2 cup raspberries
2 scoops of Proto-Whey
A couple of ice cubes.

I am not a big fan of Vanilla from other brands .. so Vanilla will never be my FIRST CHOICE when I trya brand ! But yesterday, my Vitamin Shoppe was running a promo on these powders but only had Vanilla.
Going with my brand-experience-instinct I picked up a 2lb bottle of Vanilla Cream.
Man these guys blew me away !! I now have Dbl-Choc / Cafe Mocha / Vanilla in the pantry .. and breakfast is a breeze !!
A recipe :
- Skim-Plus 8-oz
- Shredded carrots ( handful )
- 0.5 inch of Ginger
- 0.5 Pear
