I noticed significant increased vitality, and then my doctor noticed my blood pressure went from average/high to "fantastic" in his words. I add this to a fruit smoothie with "Green Vibrance" which I also highly recommend. I am in the health industry so a good friend approached me and said, "what do you personally do as a daily routine for good health?" I shared my fruit smoothy recipe including Barlean's Omega Man Oil and Green Vibrance, not sharing specifics of what it did for me, but I just said "I find it make me feel good." He called months later reporting his doctor took him off his high blood pressure meds because his blood pressure had improved so much and overall he felt so much better. I'm not making medical claims, just sharing mine and his story. I love this stuff.
