(More customer reviews)I have used this product for over 20 years. It doesn't taste bad, is all natural and has no unecessary ingredients. I have had a history of getting terrible nocturnal leg cramps, especially after strenuous activity. If my legs feel tight and crampy before bed, a dose of this gives my body what it is lacking that caused the tightness in the first place and helps prevent any cramping during the night.
If the cramps are really severe, I may drink a double dose of Calm, then some tonic water for the quinine anti-cramping relief it provides as well. The A to B Calm really does provide the actual nutitional factors your body needs to stop the cramping (as opposed to just "treating" the cramps), and in a form that is very easily absorbed. Great product, and the canisters have a long shelf life - more so than the packets, in my experience.
Additionally,if you have difficulty falling or staying asleep, this product works as a natural aid for quickly falling into a deep sleep, yet leaves no grogginess upon waking.
