Vitamin B12 is a nutiritional requirement that is dificult to assimilate by vegans and non-vegans alike. Methylcobalamin is considered the most assimilable form of B12. Sublingual delivery is the second best method of ingestion, next to injections. Also, it has a pleasant taste and dissolves quickly.
