(More customer reviews)I found these vitamins after standing in front of a children's vitamin display wall at a health food store. I was not happy with the prescription vitamins my kids were prescribed as they contained aluminum and other unnatural ingredients. My pediatrician was very supportive and helped me know what to look for (iron is hard to find in a natural alternatives, Vit. E, ect.). I had my own requirements as well the most important being that it be a one-a-day as I have a hard time remembering to give it twice and it gets costly.
This vitamin is a large chewable, a little chalky but the kids seem to love the bunch-o-berry flavor (all natural, no art. flavor or color so no red dye). The orange flavor is not-so-good.
My kids had a very healthy winter and for a 2 1/2 and 4 year old that's hard to come by! I really think it was a combination of this vitamin and a lil critters vit C/Echinacea supplement.
