(More customer reviews)I recommend this for anyone who has arthritis and gout...since my husband has been taking this 2x's a day he has had only minimal attacks w/ gout. Before he was taking this he was bed ridden from Aug to Jan, within 2 weeks of taking it he felt a difference. I have also made another friend take the pills for her knees. She now says her knees no longer have "butt cheeks" from the swelling.
(husband daily regimen is this medication 2xs a day, alfalfa, folic acid, vitamin c, in addition to his regular prescriptions. It's amazing to see the difference in him,since taking this supplement... he has a life now...)
Give it a try Turmeric is a spice that has other wonderful healing needs and prevention. Bromelain is found in pineapples...
