(More customer reviews)This is every bit as good as the Now zinc picolinate. Gives me more energy. Seems like it probably has other good effects.
One thing I notice, though, is that several hours after I take it I get hungrier than usual. It's good-feeling kind of hungry, though (not the miserable kind)--but it's too bad I'm at work when it strikes. Maybe I should take it at a different time.
Anyway, boron picolinate is awesome stuff. I highly recommend it.
