In 1 week was noticeable.I have very fair skin (but am not afraid of the sun, at all) so was a bit intimidated to come out of this (extremely) long winter looking like a "Ghost" so, needed help. Since I'm not fond of artificial tanning(the yellowish ,artificial tone ), the pills did the trick.
