(More customer reviews)I had been suffering with insomnia and then morning and daily grouchiness following each day of sleeplessness. (go figure) I had the feeling that my nerve ending s were shot and I was always on edge. I really found it hard to believe that a tablet or two could make me feel better, more at ease, even though I am a believer in vitamins and supplements. I felt a difference within a couple of days of taking these. I have even taken at night and found that I am able to relax and sleep a little easier. I highly recommend these and continue to keep a bottle in the house at all times.
