(More customer reviews)This works SO well, that I only need to take a half of one pill and it works EVERY time I take it! (I let it dissolve into a powder under my tongue then drink water).
If I had to choose what to take to a deserted island, THIS would be one of them, hands down.
The mix of L-theanine and B6 along with the Melatonin is what does the trick, in my opinion.
