I spent many hours researching available brands, spent time with the man at my health food store, liked him. I finally settled on Rainbow Light, Every Day Fiber System.I think it is the best around at any price.
My bowel regularity is poor if I don't take this every day. I willingly drink two full glasses every day, made with Alkaline water, but any water can help your digestion tremendously.
I'm 79 and I NEED a fiber product daily -- this is excellent.
The price is not important compared to the necessity for me to have this daily.
