(More customer reviews)I have always had unpredictable bowel movements even though I follow a healthy diet with lots of fiber, juices and fruits.
This is like a miracle, my body is regulated - no more surprises or running to department store bathrooms. Also, no pain or straining either - just like your body should work. It also helps with digestion - I used to be a real antacid junkie and now it is rare to need one (even then its probably because I like the peppermint taste!)
Highly recommend and my husband and I are real fans of Standard Process products.
