I tried it the first time only because it was on sale at a local market. It was a good deal. I did not do any research on it, because I have taken B-complex before and I have always felt better when taking it.
This vitamin is a lot better than your regular B-complex. Now I have compared them to find out why I feel so calm and energized when I take them. These have a larger quantity of vitamins and in addition have herbs which also help with stress.
I highly recommend them to anyone...especially anyone in frequent stressful situations, like me. I have been struggling to keep a job the past year, am a single mom and have a teenager at home. I have never exercised in my life, but since taking these I have felt motivated enough to actually start learning yoga, and me and my kids have joined the YMCA.
