After having the PRK surgery (the top of the line surgery), my vision was 20/20. Then, I started using this once a day. After 6 months of the surgery, my vision improved dramatically, even the doctor said so. I went from 20/20 to 20/15. That is more than "perfect", and I love this. The price is something you may worry about, but let me tell you, you only have a pair of eye for the rest of your life. SO it's all up to you.
