(More customer reviews)I had originally purchased Lipozene capsules shown on TV. I took 2 doses a day. I kind of thought it was helping me but decided to look for the main ingredient (Amorphophallus Konjac) in a less expensive brand. Thus I ordered this Nature's Way
product. To me it is better than Lipozene. I take the advised dose twice a day and drink a lot of water to get it down. WOW.........I start to feel full before I can finish my low calorie "TV" dinner.
I would think most people would feel fuller faster. Of course I am happily on a 1400 calorie day diet that includes slim-fast and Healthy Choice dinners. This helps me to be more aware of extra fullness or bulk in the stomach.
Am VERY GLAD I purchased Nature's Way Glucomannan root!
