(More customer reviews)I really like the shakes;they give you a satified, but not full filling! I was'nt too crazy about the taste, but the plus is you can add your own indegrients; I add cinnomin, nutmeg, lemon juice, v8 juice, not all at the same time! But , I try something different each time,I add this to my personal weight-loss plan, it's great and healthy, I can't wait to try the other ones!
