Less expensively manufacted multi-vitamins use God knows how many fillers and binders. This product was highly recommended by a health foods person who I trust. I have been taking it for about four to five months now, I can't say that it has added hair to my head -- which I wish it did, but I feel as if I have more energy than before taking it. Along with this multi-vitamin, I am supplementing with 1,600 i.u.(international units)of Vitamin D, at my doctor's urgings. My doctor said that studies show that 50% (if not more) of the population of North America suffer from a difficiency in Vitamin D.
Again "DailyFoods" produces good vitamins, and supplements.
