(More customer reviews)This is an old school colon cleanser that has been around for a long time. It takes weeks to get through this program, and I doubt most have the patience to do this. The taste of the shake is pretty bad, and I had a hard time getting it down. I believe with the ingredients he has in this product that he has the right concepts about cleaning the colon, however, in this day and age there are more convenient and faster cleanses.
