(More customer reviews)The rangetop e-cloth works even better than promised. Our enameled range top is scratched and has some burnt-on grease near the burners. Nothing can be done about that. But even sticky, old grease (grease that refused to come off with other cleansers) eventually yielded to the scrubbing cloth. The finishing cloth (which is another glass cloth) polished everything to a shine.
Cleaning this type of range top is a challenge, as often the cleansers and the scrubbing damage the finish. This doesn't do that, and it works better to boot.
My only caveat is that you can get similar results from the general purpose cloth alone, as long as you don't mind scrubbing for longer and washing the cloth more frequently. Still, I feel the ease of use makes the rangetop cloth a good buy.
