(More customer reviews)I take this formula in conjunction with my HBP meds and my numbers are lower AND I actually feel a lot better taking both. I will not recommend not to take your meds but I have taken just this product without my meds and my numbers were fine and I felt great. I do not feel great with meds alone. Without the formula, I still get headaches. I will continue to use with the meds.
