It's helped me repair my intestines while I have been recovering from toxic mold poisoning. Regular use (1 teaspoon morning & evening, mixed with yogurt) has helped me greatly reduce episodes of intestinal bleeding caused by the mold infestation. I'm almost back to normal now, thanks to this powder.
The powder tastes mildly sweet, and mixes easily with yogurt and powdered protein mixes. Good stuff. One container lasts almost one month.
