It's the same sad tasting fine white powder, so if you don't like foul tasting substances, either mix it with something which will mask the taste or go with the capsule versions. The sad taste appears to be universal between brands. The product I received was dated best by 4-13, so it seems to be fresh stock. As per the label, serving size = 1/2 teaspoon = 1.6 grams = 5 calories. 62 servings per container of 100 grams = 3.53 ounces. Instructions say to use it between meals. Delivery was as promised.
