(More customer reviews)This is a great product. As long as I take it with food it does not upset my stomach or cause digestive upset. It is a great help with relieving muscles spasms. The only issue is that the product is not labeled correctly here on Amazon.
The bottle I received reads: 1 Tablet contains 500 IU Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol), 200 mg Calcium (amino acid chelate) and 100 mg Magnesium (amino acid chelate).
The product description says there is 250 mg Calcium, 125 mg Magnesium.... which would lead one to believe that you are getting a more potent formula than what is available at other sellers. Source Naturals does not advertise a 250/125 formula on the company website.
Bottom line, it's a great product, but I didn't recieve what was advertised.
