(More customer reviews)I usually encapsulate anything like this but the 40,000 HU is still too hot for my husband. I tried Solaray Cool Cayenne and it works great. No burning or heating up. He takes 4 throughout the day and it has made a huge improvement with leg pain and angina. (He's 70)
