(More customer reviews)I bought this because Knox Gelatin at the store is $1.18 for an ounce and this is only $0.42 per ounce. I use it to make homemade marshmallows, which it is perfect for. There is no weird smell like I experienced with Knox and the marshamallows fluff up quick and set perfectly. Highly recommend for this purpose.
