It will take about 4-6 weeks to see a noticable change but I used it faithfully after destroying my nails with an acrylic overlay. I find the product works best to use it everyday for 4 weeks and then a couple times a week after that to keep my nails strong. I've even gotten compliments from nail techs how beautiful my natural nails are! It is getting more difficult to find the product in my local stores but it is well worth the hunt.
