Been taking this right before I go on a run . I'm pretty lazy by nature...have a job, kids...busy responsibilities. Would rather take a bubble bath and read a book. So sometimes I feel too tired, need some help because it takes a bit to get me up and wanting to move. I was a size 10 and went to a size 2 at about 5'4'. It took about 8 months...but kept on the course, as they say. It all comes down to energy...because motivation and energy are your biggest enemies. I find that if you can just get to the point where you are "exercising" (or WANT to) for 5 minutes...the rest is history. Once you're actually doing it...you'll go for the remainder of your workout. These pills are a Gods send.

It kicks in about 20 minutes or so. I feel a nice boost of "natural" energy, nothing jittery or un-settling. I don't feel I'm "on" anything. Look, simply put, if you need a little boost to get you "out there", then this is it. Once you're out and running (or doing whatever it is you do), you'll feel more energy and vitality. That translates to a much better work-out, which equals superior results. I find I can go stronger for longer with-out FEELING like I'm slogging along or want to stop.
Who cares if I'm cheating, it gets the job done and the product is natural. I feel good about that.
