I had energy, but not the jitters, my appetite was greatly reduced and I was awake and alert throughout my 12 hour shift. AmericaRx sent me my first package sooner than expected and I am truly glad I bought this. My husband was so impressed that he is now taking it also. I lost 5 lbs the first week I was on it!
