(More customer reviews)As an allergy sufferer, I had heard all about neti pots, but the thought of draining water through my nostrils in the morning was not so appealing. I used my girlfriend's when I was sick and saw the light, so I sought out to buy one for myself. I got this one because it is the cheapest out there and it is plastic and I tend to drop things in the shower. I agree with the other reviewer that it's overpriced for a piece of molded plastic, and it will probably break right down the molded seam if I drop it, but it has been amazingly effective. Just a half teaspoon of sea salt in warm water each morning and I can breathe better and my sinus area is moisturized. Don't bother buying fancy neti solutions - simple course-ground sea salt is all you need.
