I have panic attacks from time to time, and if I don't find a way of fighting them off, they overcome me and I don't know when they will end. This past year, I was the most depressed I had ever been in my life. My 3 year relationship had ended, my stepfather had recently died, I lost my job right before all of this, things were absolutely horrible and they were not getting any better. I tried so many different things to make myself feel better, but some barely took the edge off. I just did not want to get out of bed, I had no motivation to do anything, not even live. I was heartbroken, terribly depressed and I had lost all will to live.
I did lots of research and I tried things from Fish Oil, GABA, L-Tyrosine, many over the counter remedies called "Happy Pills" and they all were hit or miss. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they did nothing at all. My life had progressively gotten worse after this, as I had been in a terrible relationship once again and left heartbroken and betrayed again. Nothing seemed to matter anymore. Then I heard about these pills and the whole attacking anxiety program thats offered with it. I was not at all interested in paying over $600 for these cds and dvds to help me cope with anxiety, hearing therapy sessions on audio cds. But I gave the pills a try and I must say I am so glad I did. I don't know what is in them that makes them relax me, but at some points, after an anxiety attack or severe depression, I would take one of these...and sometimes by itself or sometimes with a B Vitamin and an L-Tyrosine and I was ready to take on the world. I felt like the old me again, I felt like I was able to live my life again. I was able to go the places I used to love going, which only were another miserable place to be when I was depressed. I reconnected with old friends and made new friends. I felt mentally reborn. I don't know where I would be without these pills and I highly recommend them to anyone that suffers from anxiety and depression like I do.
