I ran across this one because it contained so many of the herbs, and vegetables, and such that I knew were extremely beneficial. This product is interesting because when I add it to my already healthy Hemp Protein smoothie, there is such a subtle but noticeable positive effect. When you eat healthy stuff you get that subtle feeling of something being good or bad for you. What is at at positive feeling? It a very subtle but obvious cleansing of digestive system. Sorry if that it too much information. I can feel it treating my digestive system right. It seems like it purges me in smooth, natural, easy, mellow way (if you know what I'm trying to say here). One morning after my "purging" I felt so light and fresh, it was very noticeable, considering how I normally feel great anyway because of how I eat.
I give it a big thumbs up because it seems like all the nutrients that I discovered through my own independent research seem to be in this project and they all seem to work well together.
