Once I began using this product, the popping greatly reduced, and now I only hear a "pop" every now and then. I've only been using the product once a day at bedtime for about a week. I fully expect the popping sound to be gone entirely as I use this product. I wholeheartedly recommend the Ear and Nerve Formula to anyone with popping sounds in their ears. I would also try it for ringing in the ears and other sounds.
