(More customer reviews)I take this 2 times a day and it seems to control my spring time allergies quite well. I can't believe how much it helps me; if I forget to take it, I start sneezing, take the capsule, and I'm feeling better soon. My husband's allergies are worse, but he still gets some relief from this herb. We have a friend who gets relief from hives with Butterbur. Check with your dr.; mine says it's safe to use. I will continue to use this product and highly recommend it! This herb tastes a little strong; take with food and water.
