(More customer reviews)I have been taking Biosil for 1.5 months now. I am an African American woman whose hair was falling out due to years of perming. My dermatologist recommended I take this along with Biotin. Since taking this, I can't say that my hair is growing back in the badly damaged areas, but the areas that were fairly healthy are growing fast and strong. I do see some new growth in the healthier scalp areas. We'll see. My nails are also growing very quickly and stronger. I'd say this product is making my hair stronger, but has really caused a lot of new growth in the damaged areas. Still it's worth taking and I still have a long ways to go.
