What a difference, It's not easy to explain, but there is a freshness that is a huge difference from other butters, So, I started ordering more flavors. I have quite a collection at this point and i rotate them. Pecan is a winner, Really a winner, It's up at the top as one of the best, The two brands that I recommend are Better than Roasted and this one, Artisana, These butters are not cheap, But I think they are worth the added expense for how healthy you feel eating them, There is a whole community of people who have become raw food adherents, It's interesting to me, I'm not disciplined enough, motivated enough to jump in entirely, But I think everyone would be wise to make a proportion of their diet be raw, it can't hurt!
